Houston Calligraphy Guild

Meetings

 

"We meet every second Saturday of the month. Early bird starts at 9am and the program starts at 10am."

At 9:00 am before each meeting, there is a Early Bird seminar conducted by Guild Members.
  • Each meeting starts with reports from the committees, followed by door prizes, and then an informative program related to calligraphy and the book arts. 
  • An incredible library containing hundreds of calligraphy books and videos to check out is available for members during meetings. Books and videos are due back at the next month's meeting. 
     
  • If you get to the meeting early, you'll find great stuff at the goodie table where members donate items such as paper, envelopes, etc. that might be useful for your calligraphy projects.
  • Socials during the meeting are scheduled four times per year.
